CAN`T UNINSTALL APPLICATION FROM SMARTPHONE:
Because “Animated Switcher” was registered as telephone administrator (THIS IS FOR LOCK SCREEN BUTTON). Try to open smartphone settings: Menu -> Settings -> Security -> Select device administrators. When uncheck “Animated Switcher”. Now, you can uninstall the application.
