App definitely has issues. On my android phone I'll log in and after about an hour or two I'll check on it . It will be still be on line but it will also say session expired try logging in again even though my shop status says I'm still on . This app worked great in the beginning just last couple of weeks this issue popped up and it frustrating that now have to babysit my phone.

After accepting the roadside it kicks the app and times out. Multiple phones all the same result. Tech line won't accept the app has issues

Wonderful experience 99.9% of the time, the .1 % happens when I get a job sent through app, it likes to shut down, so I turn off phone every night when not in use, and I uninstall, then reinstall, app works fine until next job and app will shut down, but other than that, it's great

Great app, but it has bugs sometimes. Please add a PDF file where techs can have a list of emergency numbers and services Cadillac Roadside offers.
