Responsive customer service. Some nice features. Reasonable price. Yet, locator can be turned off by turning off phone location on maps. That's exactly what I am trying to avoid. I want a service based on DEVICE , despite what the user does. So we cancelled. And now unable to uninstall. Was 4 stars, now 2.
