It just doesnt let u register as the validation code is never sent so cant even use the app. I have tried to email the developer at the email provided here but id doesn't seem to be working. I emailed TCL support but haven't got a call yet. This is the wors't product and worst support service. Brand new product doesn't work, support doesn't exist. Absolutely pathetic. I am returning the watch.

Had to factory reset my phone and when I tried to login again in the app, it just won't succeed authentication.I tried recovering my password, to no avail. the sign-in code to validate never gets sent at all. Can't sync my smartwatch to my phone besides basic bluetooth hosted by smartphone. What happened? even a week ago everything was completely fine and working.

It will connect only when the app is open.. such a worst communication.. I need immediate rectification...

All of a sudden the app has stopped working. It auto logs out and doesn't allow to log in anymore. Tried resetting the password, but the validation code doesn't appear on the given email id. Guys, you genuinely need to fix this issue asap. Causing a lot of problems.

No updates coming for the watch.. same old school watch faces Nothing changes yet. :(

Completely featureless app. Contains none of the features i expected. For some apps it uses the wrong app icon while showing notifications. Some apps notification is not even supported, like sms app.
