Its broken now. It says its outdated but there is no update. Won't let me actually pay my bill. When I click pay it just crashes the app. It's as bad as the rest of ACS. Time to switch to GCI

Couldn't log into app. No option to reset password or any other information.

Stupid app has one tiny line in center for user name. I fill it in, nothing happens, and there is only your logo line and the word "help" on the right ! I press that and it comes on another page asking if I ddont know my password, which I do! But no place to fill in!

It has stopped working I can't log in it says my password is wrong but won't let me change it because it says my email address is wrong

i dont know why this app have bad review it works well in my phone i really dont have issue i can always make split payment .... the home internet connection is excellent ...i cant complaint. i gave 5 stars period.....when comes to ACS the home internet is unlimited for real not like Funny GCI
