I love the concept of this app. It's been useful in past but the new version does not give notifications for me on Android. Messages from the teacher are not useful if you don't see them. It's very frustrating. Support has not been helpful.

About a week ago, I've been getting "something went wrong, please try
again" every time I try and open the app. I get notifications from daycare
on my notifications bar saying there's a new event.. or new lunch menus...
or the daily reports, but cannot open them in the app.

I have problems chatting with teachers. We also have can see another child profile. We have asked few times to have it taken off our profile but still there!
