This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Assist for Workspace ONE on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. To use Workspace ONE Assist, your device must be enrolled in VMware Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). Specific devices may also require a manufacturer-specific Workspace ONE Assist service app or use the accessibility service to enable remote control. In order to use the accessibility service on your device, Workspace ONE Assist will request additional permissions each time the service is enabled.
