It tells me I'm on a 'guest network' and therefore can't use to app to configure my service. I'm not on a 'guest network'... The technical advisor I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful in getting my internet to work, but avoided any mention of the app, almost as though he knew it didn't work, but didn't have the heart to say it out loud...!

absolutely awful. download and open, download and open. modems are connected, but the app refuses to connect. so time consuming with little benefit. should have seen the other reviews before wasting my time on this pathetic app. in this day and age, this should not be an issue, should expect better service after the money they take from us. 😡
