I'd have given you a half 🌟 rating if possible,the app was working extremely well and was convenient for my sales as a sales agent until it started taking me backwards anytime I enter the OTP...I've made a complain to the WhatsApp team but nothing's been done.I'll gladly give it 5 when the issue is handled I'm changing my rating because,now,the apps great again!😊

I really love the app, but recently the home screen does not display any info. It just displays blank info, but when you switch to the other menus and you switch back to the home screen your information flashes and goes back to the blank screen again. I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this problem. I use Huawei Y9s. Pls do something about it, thanks.

I have been using this AirtelTigo app alright, until I had a challenge with an amount I sent to someone, I went to browse the app and up to date I haven't had any column I can see all my transaction history. Which is really heartbreaking because, record is key in this kind of operations.

Was working fine until I got new phone. After installation, it's only showing new sim menu, porting, merging of number. No other menu show. Can't use the mobile money menu, can't purchase products.

This app is really good but now I just went to the app to buy a bundle but it came to me that I should link my account already I have linked my account already so I decided to link I again but it tells me I should check my connection and try again whiles I have bundle so u guys should do something about it

Features are nice easy to use but app don't work without data and stops working unexpectedly! It's not my phone that has issues I have more than enough space and using the latest. Please fix it. I have to install and uninstall it several times! If it keeps doing that, I may change network back to Vodafone.. thank you
