Using BlueStacks

Tried to update the headphones and come up with the same message, failed to download. Also it's in Chinese language and have no way to change it to English.

I installed this app on my Samsung Note 20! I couldn't connect my firefly to the app, but firefly can connect via normal bluetooth. I bought two pairs of firefly last year and just order firefly vintage a few days ago. I wish the app will work with my new firefly vintage when I receive it. Please fix whatever bugs it has.

App does not recognize that the Firefly 2 are connected to Bluetooth and will not connect to buds. Firmware cannot be updated. Even with the recent update the app still can't connect to the buds.

Try many phones but couldn't get the firmware updated. I'm sure its not about cellphones problem but the app itself! Very disappointed.

This is a Jabees Firefly True Wireless Earbuds update app only. It updated my new Firefly.2 earbuds with no problem at all, using my Samsung Galaxy A-20. This app can update all three versions in the Firefly line. I only wish that an equalizer was included with the app. I highly recommend this app!
