After updating to version 1 2.30 build 3483, the app says there is no network connectivity. Which is incorrect. So at this point the app is useless.

It's a real shame because this is an awesome product but the app makes it almost useless. How could you have such a nice product with such a mediocre app.

Can't turn device lights off, App is super slow, scheduling is, not flexible. Only On off, and app took too many tries to connect. Wasted 2 hours. Won't use non Gmail domains according to their tech support. BlueAir App was way better.

I purchased a new Air Oasis iAdaptAir M. The app is very slow compared to a Philips 5000i series and I can't change the name of the Quick Control names. There's no graph or something like that so I can see every change that happens every hour. I want to see a graph where I can see the PM2.5, PM10 and gasses/VOC's per hour. The app doesn't tell you much. I also can't see how many hours I used or how many hours left so I need to change the filters. Can you please fix these problems?

The app is useful to use the machine. That is until you have an issue and need customer service. Sent an issue in the app help / feedback area 3 weeks ago then chatted with someone on their site 2 weeks ago who said I would get a call and STILL haven't talked to someone about fixing the issue.
