Unable to load app after updates software

Ever since I installed this app the volume on my phone keeps resetting to factory volumes. I set the permissions to only be allowed while the app is in use but when I try to listen to music or any other apps, after setting my volume to the desired setting a couple minutes will pass & then my volume will suddenly be back to the factory standard & changes the volume of the other apps in use. Uninstalled the app and problem went away. Cant use the camera if I cant use the app. On Samsung Note 9.

App will NOT allow me to connect to wifi

Constantly drops connectivity when accessing through app. Video recording causes video playback to fail. Memory recording does not keep accurate time. Errors recording video, Constantly loses connection or fails to record at all.

Tried to connect the camera through a sound emanating from the phone. I have never had a set up so convoluted from a Wi-Fi device. I give it my highest do not install or purchase product rating.
