The AgXcel GX7 Dashboard Intelligent Liquid Monitoring (GX7D ILM) solution intelligently monitors every row of any implement and should a row placement applicator become plugged or congested the in cab monitor will detect reduction of flow and alert the user as to which specific row is having flow issues……. REAL TIME!

Given that the GX7D ILM can detect and monitor the flow of every row whether in ounces per minute per row, gallons per minute and overall gallons per acre, when an individual row begins to lose volume due to a partially blocked orifice anomaly of a micro tubing, pinched tube, worn or stuck check valve and or a tube that has become plugged the GX7D will inform the end user that the required rate per row is not being achieved. When calculating gallon per acre requirements the calculation for how many ounces per minute per row requirement can also be determined. The GX7D will monitor and display this requirement on the in cab display so that the placement of precision liquid may be attained at all times. Unlike floating ball visual monitoring solutions that can only display if liquid is flowing or not, the GX7D will provide you with intelligent information real-time so that you can be assured that precision liquid placement is being achieved. The GX7D system allows for the management of thresholds so that the user can visually monitor the high and low spikes of each row real-time. This precision feature takes monitoring of liquid to the next level to ensure that the liquid placement system is running at top performance and flow.
