Versione mobile di Agim, il software gestionale MLS per le Agenzie Immobiliari interamente on line. Nato dal successo del suo predecessore Agim2000, ha contribuito a dare una seria svolta al concetto di lavoro in rete nel settore immobiliare. E’ stato sviluppato per qualsiasi tipologia di realtà operante nel settore: Dai Franchising, ai consorzi, alle agenzie multi sede, ai gruppi di singole Agenzie fino alla singola Agenzia.
Nella versione mobile è possibile avere il totale controllo degli archivi di immobili, clienti e richieste, e sopratutto gestire appuntamenti (vendita/acquisizione), scadenze, avvisi e telefonate, tramite l'agenda collegata in real time con la propria agenda di Agim.
L'operatività è garantita dallo stesso accesso che viene utilizzato nella versione tradizionale, quindi utilizzando le proprie credenziali (username e password), la visualizzazione e gestione dei dati seguono le medesime autorizzazioni.
Agim NON É una semplice banca dati per pubblicare gli immobili su un sito internet, ma è un vero e proprio software gestionale MLS, che per la sua struttura basata su web, sfrutta tutti i vantaggi della Rete, permettendo di condividere assolutamente in tempo reale le informazioni (totalmente o parzialmente), scambiare/trasferire dati, (esempio clienti, immobili, notizie, richieste), accedere all' agenda appuntamenti eventualmente condivisa, pubblicare gli immobili sul proprio sito, ricercare immobili in una banca dati comune al gruppo di Agenzie.
