Has a great family plan and sharing. Great form filling capabilities and is easy to use. The critical thing it's missing is an emergency access feature. The emergency kit that they have does not really address the same concern nor does adding another family organizer. The emergency access feature that others offer enables you to setup trusted contacts (not on your family plan) that can request access in the event of an emergency without sharing your master password in advance. 1Password requires sharing your master password/kit in advance potentially exposing info. Please add a digital inheritance/true emergency access feature. I'm likely to cancel as a result of this missing critical feature.

Lots of good things about this service and app, but too often the use of this is fiddly. I just wish that invoking 1Password worked like it does in desktops browsers. I've dug into the accessibility button option but it still won't behave. Basically if it doesn't detect a field, which is fairly often, it's very clunky going to app and manually copying. Same type of issue with IOS too. Not quite satisfactory for a costly subscription. I also can't sell family members on it as a result.

1Password is the best password manager I ever used. It strike the best balance between security and user friendliness. It can be used whether online or offline. It can store your login information with additional misc info *you* want to store. It can store notes, use 2FA with additional benefits from having Apple Ecosystem. Once you use this password manager, its difficult to find another password manager that can compare with this.

I pay for the service and I can't link related items or attach files to items. 1Password is a frustrating company because they think their customers have no interest in flexibility and customization, AND they think whatever rigid designs they've implemented are ideal. I can actually let that slide because I get that they're focusing on their core product as well as avoiding complexity for their users, but I feel so repelled by not being able to use documented features.

I'm using this app on a pixel 3A and it prompts less than half the time leading to a tedious back and forth to copy passwords and credit card information. It also doesnt usually prompt to save new logins consistently. Using the android app is painful. I love the security but it's really not user friendly and i can't even dream of trying to pass this on to family members, they would have too much trouble navigating back and forth and give up.

What a bad experience. Signed up to test 14day trial version. Confirmed mail, everything went well, until I had to sign in and provide a security key from an emergency kit? It was supposed to be a PDF that would download, somehow I never received it. Thought it might be a technical issue, so unsubscribed in app store. Opened the app again and it forced another subscription which I did. Just to face the same issue... This time without even getting a refund even though it's absolutely unusable
