The comma that separates the values is often discarded so you end up with crazy numbers. For example, I had 11.72 and the app registered 1172. I cannot fix it and eneco refuses to do so. You will say that I made a mistake, but no, this happens only in the android app and not in the iPhone one. So something is wrong here.

Graph of past usage only in Euros, not in energy units, changing in settings doesn't work, so how can I compare my usage with th least years with all these price changes?

The app has no basic validation checks prior to sumbmitting the readings. It happened twice within a year that the readins submitted were 1000x times overstated by the App and show that I've consumed heat within 1 month for over than Thouthands of euros (one average household)... How comes that an individual might consume HUNDREDS of GJs within just a few DAYS (in summer)?!?. It took me an hour to explore the error with the Customer Support. The App still does not allow editing the readins...

Since September keeps crashing at startup. Before no problem

Not usable since the redesign. My customer overview shows my name is "null". I cannot access insight in my usage. I do get notifications from the app, but they lead me to non working pages. I tried to fix it by logging out and in again, and now it just says "access refused" when I try to log in, even after changing my password. Please test before releasing, or consider a rollback until this is fixed.

Horrible app, doesn't work half of the time and it doesn't show fixed costs, only how much energy you used. Based on that it says that you get a lot of money back but they forget to add the ridiculously high fixed costs so you actually have to pay them extra. Update: just got the yearly bill and we have to pay back a couple hundred euro even though the app said we would get money back.
