المساهمة في تنمية المستوى الاجتماعي للمواطنين لا سيّما الأقل حظاً عن طريق مكافحة الفقر وتمكين الأفراد من أطفال وشباب ونساء في المجالات التربوية والتنموية المختلفة وذلك للمشاركة في تنمية أنفسهم ومجتمعاتهم المحلية.
