The app layout is intuitive and when connected to the AC is brilliant to have out of home control. The main problem seems to be what AEG call the "on boarding" process it's a nightmare and took me 15 attempts with 1 AC (45 mins) before actually connecting, and I did 2 AC's the other one was so bad to the point I called AEG and got told a different way to do it AEG really need to get this sorted. My AEG RX series floor robots connected first time to the RX app and was an excellent experience.

Terrible app. Setting up takes an age (21 attempts needed). Won't download firmware update. Scheduler works but now cannot delete or even edit scheduler settings.

Unfortunately, i cannot get my unit connected to the WiFi no matter what I try. Unfortunate, because the app otherwise looks great.

2018 I couldn't connect the app after trying everything (I wasn't the only one). 2019 and the app gas updated and connect's. I also got a Firmware update thanks to the app. Was not happy... but now I am! :-)
