I showed this to my team and it was adopted immediately, and has now spread to multiple scrum teams in my company. One of the hardest things about Agile/Scrum is removing the "time" from Story Points. This does a good job of showing complexity without resorting to time to complete. I especially like the Platypus...bill, fur, eggs, webbed feet...all the parts are known, but putting it together is a bit tough :)
