running this app just brings up a window asking you to install other apk files. Either useless or malicious.

Go to About Phone then hit Build Number 4 times. Only works if you have 4.4

Samsung has hide development tools by updates. By this tool I easily found devolper tools and ir helped me to usb debugging mode on.. Thank u very much. .
