Love the app when it works. We have problems once or twice per month where the app is doing funky things & is unusable (like today), and we lose production for all of the time it is down. Never offered anything a far as an explanation really either. Very slow response times from their customer service by email only. No phone number to call. I'm still a customer, but buyer beware of you're running a team or a company!

This app is amazing! The interface is super easy to use and there's no dumb year-long contracts so when I have turnover with new employees I'm not having to pay a ton on the back end. They always respond in a very timely manner as well and I really appreciate it. This app is awesome for running a door knocking team of any kind! I've used spotio and sales rabbit and for the price this app is amazing and goes head to head with those other platforms! If you're considering pulling the trigger do it!

Absolutely terrible app. DO NOT USE EVER! There is a reason there's not a free trial, it doesn't work. I paid for the subscription, only to be locked out in the middle of the day. My poor team lost all of their results. We were locked out because of the 2nd email I sent them, when they didn't reply to my first email. Scammers Alert!!!!!! Thief alert. Do not give them scammers any money. Find something else 0/10 + 0/10 + 0/10 = 0/30

I have only had this in use for a day but as of right now I really like how this program is set up. I had some issues but was able to get customer support which helped me correct it. I will update this review after some months of using the program.

I didn't appreicate the lack of transparence as to the cost. It is $99 for a one time setup fee, $25 a month, plus $5 a month more per user. I can't say whether that is worth it or not for everyone, but it is way too high for us.

These guys rock. They help immediately and listen to your concern and take care of it. Great customer service , professionals, sincere and get things done and DONE FAST. I would recommend this app to every solar company. Thanks active Knocker team. You guys are the real deal.
