Support is nonexistent and the info online doesn't support the folks us us who paid $$ for the software. Wow have used this software for many years & it has been good till now but it has fallen on its face. Should offer a refund cuz of its new version doesn't perform like past versions.

I'm a tester of this software as of today sofar iv used my samsung J400M flawlessly still more to come my server my windows 10 machine and more. I'm impressed sofar. I'm trying to crash the software unsuccessful I might add. Wow

It's putting all photos to one container, so if you have photos in different albums after restoring all week be misstmached
