It is very complicated and lack of information and showing error when we tried to take appointment showing error even we upload documents properly. All task are very complicated and very time consuming and confusing. I am very disappointed with customer service and not any reply from them via email or phone. Customer care number 24 hours busy. Government should ban or warn them to make platform easy to use. I am very unsatisfied with HSRP app. I will give them 0 star rating

Worst Application. Every time I try to upload documents it gets closed automatically. It works fine for dealers who charges us for filling the form.

I have tried downloading the app several times but it doesn't openly up. It gets stuck in the homepage. Definitely a problem which should be fixed considering the fine/penalties which they are imposing

Worst application for documentation... Can't capture photos after RC Book... No back option nothing is good.... Application is only made for paper work and for prpgress report of RTO..

Not working this software only one photo we uploade in this app i dont understand why government launch this type complicated software.
