I've used this app three or four times now with absolutely no issues so I'm very confused by all these bad reviews. The app locates what lot I'm at immediately. After the initial setup it is quite literally three clicks to get your spot paid for. Maybe people aren't giving the app permission to find location? This app is so simple and easy to use. The app saves all your purchases and timestamps. It even sends you a notification when your time is about to expire. They cant make it any easier haha

I cannot enter my car info because Kia Niro is not available for selection. There is no "other" option, no way to enter it by free text, and no way to enter just the make, color, and license plate number without the model. The Niro was released TWO years ago. I can't pay for parking through the app without a car description. So it's useless to me.

Im at a clinic here in San Diego California and the way to pay the parking spot is thru an app so I downloaded it and try to pay the fee and it keeps on giving me errors to get in to pay WTFF NOW WHAT so hope I don't get a ticket over the messed up app

Doesn't let me set up an account. Didn't let me make a payment using a guest account. So...pretty useless.

I didn't get ticketed/towed. The other reviewer is right. App is dumb. Pay on app at location & you need to print a ticket for your dashboard. On what printer?! Don't download. Go find somewhere else to park.

Offering a quick pay option for mobile app customers and then penalizing them for not displaying a payment receipt on their dash is unrealistic and not well thought out. Ace Parking expects all mobile app customers to either leave their phone in their dash to display or have a portable printer? Why can't your employees look up my license plate in your ACE PARKING APP and see that I've already paid???????
