Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AccoPilot, Gestion de chantier on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

AccoPilot est le logiciel français 100% dédié à la gestion de l'entretien des routes, autoroutes, chemins, rivières, forêts, bords de champs, haies... Il est composé d'une interface ordinateur permettant d'enregistrer des plans, programmer et transmettre des tâches ainsi que d’une application mobile pour être guidé vers le chantier, récupérer les tâches à effectuer et enregistrer le travail.

Afin d’utiliser le logiciel de manière optimale, une formation est incluse lors de la mise en route de vos services.

L’utilisation du logiciel se fait en 3 étapes :

1/ Programmez et transmettez vos tâches
Que ce soit via l'interface ordinateur ou l'application mobile, enregistrez vos plans, programmez des tâches et transmettez-les aux chauffeurs concernés, qui pourront être guidés vers les opérations à réaliser en fonction de l'ordre de priorité que vous leur avez attribué.

2/ Enregistrez votre activité et signalez des points de vigilance
Grâce à l'application mobile, enregistrez votre travail et signalez des points de vigilance en temps réel. Ensuite, via l'interface ordinateur, comparez le travail programmé et les tâches réalisées afin d'identifier de potentiels écarts. Rectifiez vos chiffrages et gagnez en rentabilité.

3/ Suivez vos opérations et éditez des rapports
Une fois votre journée de travail terminée, personnalisez facilement votre synthèse de chantier : choisissez le niveau de détail souhaité et éditez des rapports d'activité par le biais de l'interface ordinateur. Cela vous permettra de suivre vos opérations et d'attester de la réalisation des interventions demandées.
