Using BlueStacks

Asks for permissions to access basically everything on your phone, including media! Why does my AIR CONDITIONER need access to my photos? Then after you go through all the nonsense and sign your life and information away to a Chinese company, the app doesn't even work. I follow every step of the instructions--AC, phone, and router are in the same room--and still it refuses to connect. "Device is not connected to cloud" after every attempt to link phone and AC. Uninstalled all Hisense apps and returning this overpriced garbage to the store.

Can't even connect my new AC. On my ipad with the Apple app I am some steps further in the connection process but when it's trying to register my AC to my AccesPoint it fails every time. Horrible. And updaten more then a year ago?! I am questioning if I did a good job in buying a Hisense AC.

The app itself is good, it's simple and does what is needed. Now, I have Google Home installed but it does not link up with this. It's not available in the Google Home app to link it together. I have noticed that there is an app called "HiSmart Air" that is exactly the same which can be connected to and available on the Google Home app but this app will not connect with my A/C units. Could it be because I live in Europe? This is the reason why I am giving this a 3 star rating. Once it's available and to connect with Google Home, I'll give it 5 stars.

Asks for all permissions on your phone, this app asks for access to phone, storage, contacts, location and all kinds of other stuff, why do you need all that access to control someone's air conditioner? Hella shady.

After update cant login into app and cant change the password. Every time i try to change password I get - failed to confirm your new account. I tried to connect to AC directly via IP adress but cant delete saved WLAN connectio. Can you fix this issues?

Cant even connect to my ac, zero help on the app itself. Useless fodder.
