This app is terrible. veey confusing to use, with littlw to no guidence. I am using this app on my phone and every time i try to use the menu on the side, half the words are missing and its completely out format.

Awfully designed new version throws half the complaints, such as sidewalk snow, out into a mobile-unfriendly website. I am very likely to uninstall this, and certainly don't have the time to hang about on the 311 phone line. So my neighbourhood lost one more reporter.

Really miss the old app...reports seemed to be handled much quicker. Why should I have to go online to submit a property complant? Isn't that what the old app used to allow me to do?
