Doesn't work. Loaded and reloaded app. 'something went wrong' is all the app can do. Emailed the support address and I got a return email stating I'm not authorized?

Hasn't worked for 2 years. It's just blue screen w/ blinking dot. This was terrific for reporting things that need fixing & I was just about to try to make a report, again. I can't because this doesn't work....STILL!!!! When is this going to be fixed??? It's a vital tool for residents to be involved in keeping this city livable & the place is going downhill. FIX THIS!!!
