I've had this app for a few weeks now. The exercises in it are ok. actually they're pretty good to get you back to a decent shape. What I don't like was the app crashes with the workout "Abs At Home." You encounter this workout halfway through the program and you can't skip days. So I talked to the developer and he told me to delete the app and reinstall. I did that and lost my progress. That would have been ok if that fixed the problem. Now I'm at a standstill with this app 🤨.

There are a few bugs but support are trying there best to resolve it. It does not seem to want to save to Google fit so hi ou hope no problem will happen with app. Unfortunately it wouldn't move past day 9 and Google fit lost all my data. Now have to manually progress which messes with the scheduling and work out data. Like I said customer service is trying to resolve it.

As a paid (pro) app, this should absolutely not contain further paid content. Fully half of the workouts and all of the training plans require in-app purchases (the workouts are $3.50 each!) and every update locks up more content. I have multiple apps from this dev and this is true of all of them, unfortunately.

Downloaded similar apps in the past but none that had a clear visual representation of how to do the exercise. This looks brilliant and I look forward to using it once I get over my post holiday lethargy!
