This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Fit Notifications (OLD!) on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! DISCONTINUED!
Thank you for trying the alpha version of this app! I understand that there were many bugs in this app, and so I have pushed this update to address all of them. This version should work well with your Fitbit device! BUT, I have discontinued this app, mainly due to potential issues due to using the Fitbit trademark in the application name.

GET THE NEW APP!!!

Fit Notifications allows you to view all your Android notifications* on your Fitbit device, whether it is the Fitbit Alta, Blaze or Surge.
Fit Notifications works by creating a Notification Listener Service that can then redirect the contents of your notifications appropriately to your Fitbit device. This requires no special permissions except to enable notification access, which is asked when the application is first launched. Because this application does not request any other permissions, your notification data is only visible to you on your phone! All it does is redirect the notifications on your phone to be better processed by the Fitbit app.
