This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Find Me for Pebble on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Doesn't work on the PTR ?

I like the idea. But the installation didn't finish after installing the Pebble app. The companion app simply crashed when hitting 'next'. Since then, the companion app fails when starting. Pebble send fails with connection issue. One extra star for the idea and that it is for free.
