4 stars because Samsung has the best customer service in my experience. The app didn't help, but might have if used earlier. But dang man, there's like ads between ads. It's like that song that says "ass" over and over, but "ads" instead. Phones are temporary, but now that song is in our heads forever.

Worked perfectly for me. Just make sure the phone is ALWAYS signed into your Samsung account and the app should have no problem locating it, even if the battery is low. Found my Galaxy S9 immediately and I was able to recover it.

The amount of ads in the app is unacceptable. Not only does the app is slow, ads keep popping up every single step of the way. The person who has my phone is getting further because of the ads thanks

notification keeps coming up and it's annoying I had to go into the settings of my phone to put it on silent there need to be an option to turn off the notification in the app itself and to be able to switch back and forth between accounts and devices
