Useless. Bulk deliveries option is not available in the mobile app so i tried to use desktop version. After that I received an email asking me to login to confirm my order but there is nothing in the app or desktop version for me to confirm. The customer service is also slow to reply. To date i still have yet been able to place an order.

Worst ever! Don't trust this app. They don't deliver as promise and when we asked for refund, they kept promising for the refund but it never happened! We kept on chasing and calling and their phone numbers keep on changing. Very fishy trend. It's been April when we ordered, it's already July and still nothing.

Be very care full with this app, they don't have a feature to cancellation and refund on the orders. They don't deliver things as promised and you need to end up calling them daily and there is no customer chat and customer service contact. If you find some number on the website no one responds for that number.

I used to use web browser to handling zepto jobs but this app somehow cannot connect to my desktop experience. So it is bad and rate 1 star until this is fix.
