Will not connect to hub. Just sits there with circle going round and round. Do a reset and total set up and it connects until the next time you want to use it and then the circle going round and round until it says "unable to connect". Utter rubbish. Why don't their tech department do SOMETHING about this?

Gateway 2 my phone never work maybe 1's a day. If in look. Its hit & miss 2 turn the lights on wen it does ring. Also ad 2 turn kichen sensor off. Coz even wen the alarms not. Also can't program the keypad eithee F#@k=/g rip off. DON'T BUY ONE!

Smart-i App is no longer suppoered. There is a new app that replaces this, download OMGuard SHC and works great. If your control unit is frozen, open up, remove batteries inside and plug back in.

Awful interface, mediocre product. Camera fails to record when system armed, no settings in app for this. However, it does record when system disarmed. Useless.

System works ISH!! Can't add key pad and fireware won't update. Need to software looking at. Don't buy untill it sorted.
