So far, the beginning screen looks nice! The one problem is, my mother can't login to her account... She tried to reset her password, but she didn't get the message / email. So now, she can't login. If you know how to fix this, please tell me. Edit: She fixed it! Thank you :)

Yes it's helpful for enabling and disabling stuff on kids accounts. My only problems with the app are that it is a very slow app and my internet is always at four bars, and on certain options the exit button will not work so I have to exit out of the entire app. But besides that it works fine

this app is horrible! when i type my mom's gmail and password it says that it doesn't match to the recording. or something like that, but the password is correct! what does this app what from us then? and if there was a option to give u zero stars on this i would...

It's a good app! But I have an issue where I can't log into this app again and I still know the password and my mom's email, but when I type it, it says "does not match our record" and "can't find an account with that email". And now I can't use it at all and it's now error. when I type the email, it doesn't pop out the "does not match our record" and "can't find an account with that email" which is makes me worrier. I hope you can fix this 🙏🙏🙏

Do not recommend at all! I sent a request to ajhq, and they sent me back an email that does not help at all! I sent another request, a different one and they sent back the exact same email, which means that my request is not being read at all! It's obviously just meant to keep us busy. Don't get this app, it's completely useless! Reporting does absolutely nothing in the game, I thought that sending the username of a scammer could get something done about it! Well clearly not! Disappointed!

I can't even log in. I try every email i've ever had. I type in every password ive ever had. It just says that there wasn't an account with that email or whatever. It's extremly broken PLEASE fix this.
