About this app

This 100% free app does not contain adds nor in-app purchases. No personal or company information whatsoever is collected!

The 5-minute IT Process Maturity Scan can be used to assess the maturity of each of your IT-processes or ITIL processes. It provides guidance where focus could/should be in relation to further developing one or more of your IT or ITIL processes. Use the results to start an open discussion with those involved and (of course) the decision makers. Determine together if the organization will actually be better off by addressing some of the points mentioned in the outcome. And then collaboratively work out a proper approach.

ITIL 4.0 compliant!
The differences between ITIL 3.x and 4 (or even ITIL 2 for that matter) are of such a nature that they will NOT change the outcome of the 5-minute scan. The 5-minute scan therefore is ITIL 4 compliant for the scan is limited to maturity levels 1, 2 and 3. This way all processes can be covered by generic questions. This scan is based on the ITL Proces Maturity Framework (released in ITIL version 3).

How to use?
Press the 'Start Scan' button in the main menu to commence. The scan consists out of several questions to determine your process maturity. By pressing 'Yes' or 'No' your answer is registered and the next question will show up. After you covered all relevant questions you see you're results.

These results are plotted in a radar graph and the overall maturity is given. Based on your answers also the maturity of several key process aspects is shown. The results also show several recommendations based on your answers. The results are automatically saved by pressing the 'Return to main menu' button.

It is NOT possible to export the results to pdf or email them. This requires a level of access to your mobile that I do not want. Instead you can take a screenshot by holding the Power and Volume Down keys simultaneously of your mobile device.
