Absolutely infuriating. The one thing I wanted to do, look at phone offers available, is not available. It says try again, try again. So if you want to see a circle spinning into infinity for no reason, this app is great. Also, on the laptop, similarly futile. I just sent a long detailed email to the address you sent me, and again, futile. I immediately received a reply which told me that it wasn't for this purpose. So why did you tell me to email them? Is this all an elaborate joke?

My app was disabled because an update was needed but the update was not available yet on Google Play. I posted a review and negative comment. Within 24 hours, the developer notified me that the update was available. Very good response by the developer but I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe the update should always be available before the app is disabled.

Update: A year and a half later, and it's still rubbish. How is it possible that I can't use the app if an update isn't applied when the update isn't even available. Sti being designed by idiots. Absolute rubbish. Can't save contact phone numbers for webtext, poor screen layout, broken links, weird screen behaviour.

Nothing much changed. It won't allow me into the app over wi-fi abroad. Ridiculous. Horrible. Constantly crashing and difficult to use. Chat is never available. There is not even a queue system. You have to just keep coming back and be lucky enough to catch a rare glimpse of the lesser spotted Vodafone customer service agent. New App look is horrible and terrible to use. The old look was MUCH better. .

The constant need for updating before you can use the app is ridiculous and this has been an issue for a few years now. On top of that, once it's installed, I get a "can't update right now" notification which isn't the first time this has happened. This means I'm barred out of an app I pay €20 a month for and I can't use my own internet until I can get back on the app and pay the €20 again. The updates don't add any benefits, and they certainly don't outweigh the hindrances. Disgraceful

This App is without a doubt the worst App I have ever used. Constant "updates" that take me days to even access. And the wifi connection is beyond a disgrace. If I am lucky I can view my social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.) Maybe 30% of the time that I log in. Same goes for even checking my emails! What's really ironic is that usually when I use the Vodafone "test your internet speed" I get a response that it can't connect even to do that! Don't waste your money, totally useless!
