I received the cameras as a gift. I'm starting to believe the person that gave it to me doesn't like me very much. This app is trash! It doesn't allow me to view the cameras on my phone when I'm away from home. It always has connection faliure. You can't view it unless you're connected to Wi-Fi. It needs an update like yesterday!

I've been using this app and the Guardian wired app. The booklet instructions says to use the Guardian wired so now I'm using it because the pro hd stop working

Biggest waste of money. One of the times I actually need it and It wont load so that I can report vandalism to the security guard. Do yourself a favor and return it before its too late.
