The device itself is great, and the iOS app works fine, but the Android app is a huge disappointment. I coldn't find any way to open a whole album with the music player, or a whole folder of pictures with the pisture viewer so you could swipe through them or run a slide show. Hope the Adroid app will soon be updated: at the moment it's pretty useless.

poor MP3 player (you have to use it) - really primitive - worse ever. Lets the whole thing down, waste of money. However to fully access the Transcend 128GB drive you could try Nexus Media Importer - which is much better (not wireless :( ). Also the Transcend guys got back to me with their comments so one star back. Keep working on this app!

Hi i am using cloud from past a year and now from few weeks i m not able to download movies or any other data from it .It starts crashing when ever try to download . PLZ DO SOMETHING OR ELSE IT WILL BE USELESS FOR THE USERS PLZ
