Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SmartThings 3D on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Good work or at least a good start! Need a lot of improvements on basic furniture like shelves, windows and some kind of "multifunction 3 D cube" to shape as we need and put over our devices. Icon's must include indoor/outdoor cameras.There must be possible to have some simple security procedure to ensure we do not inadvertently toutch an icon that we don't want...i.e. a socket that control other device.Walls must have a higher control or at least some lower dim.

Nightmare! Wants way to much access to my device. To ask for such a huge amount of access in this day and age is ridiculous.

Update, the problems I had with the app where on my end. This is the app I have been looking for. Setting up the plan of your house is easy, just takes time to set your devices. If they would add ip CCTV links then this would do everything I wanted
