The app dose work after u change all your keyboard options to off like auto caps and spellcheck and use there keyboard app. i called custermer suport for my 3 scanners from socket and told me they would not work for a andriod told me to buy a newer model but after days of messing with it and useing there keyboard app it dose work and my password was 1234 to pair not 0000 hope this helps some one now as far as useing my scanners on windows ten i need help bigtime

Took me too long to figure out to make the scanner work with my phone with this app because there are no instructions or help info to tell you what to do.

The keyboard SUCKS!!!! Scanning is flawless but the keyboard used to enter descibters is the worst POS interface. Needs auto-correct and/or Dragon-swipe . Please fix this suck ass portion of your otherwise fine app.

This app does not work on android m. Do you have support for android m? I have one scanner socket mobile chs 8ci and i've been trying to pair it with nexus 5 android m os version but no success. I am also working to integrate the sdk with my android app, jar version 10.2.1.0 and is still not working on android m. Can you help.me?thanks
