The app was good before the update. It would have been nice to know from Defender that we would have to get into the system and get the IP address to be able to see our cameras live again. It's ridiculous that people have to post here to help other customers of theirs but I'm glad that someone did so I could finally figure out why I couldn't see my cameras. I hadn't yet called support but I shouldn't have to do that if they would just communicate the updates to us!

After recent updates - I've been unable to remotely connect to my DVR. Very frustrating to say the least. Changed the router, had wifi looked at by provider, installed/uninstalled app several times - no luck in connecting remotely. System worked great for several years - everything changed a couple months ago after app updated. Not happy not knowing what's happening at my home when I'm away.

App worked for years, and now I no longer have remote access to my cameras, given the latest upgrade. Can only access the cameras from app if I'm on-site and on the same wifi. What good does that serve if I'm traveling? Please fix the app immediately so it works the way it was intended. Don't buy this system until they get it fixed!!

The update on this app make it unfunctional, there's no way to connect scanning the barcode, and when I call support they told me to conncet via ip address and had to move set up bunch of settings on my network router. Hopefully they fix it !

V 2.7 Worked great for years. Then it auto updated to v3.0. Have not been able to connect since. App store says v 2.7, but installs v 3.0. How do I get v 2.7 back.

Not even an option to view away from home. Can't even scan barcode anymore on the app. Not even an option anymore. Fix your app. I'm sick of this.
