Useful, but can be improved, I'd like to be able to program my PB Royal from my phone rather than using the smart switch, so I only use the app to upgrade the software in my PB devices, and I have to try several times before my app recognizes the device its connected to, I hope PB keeps improving this app to become the tool it can be

Always connects to via bluetooth but doesn't always recognise my 3e is there, even though that's where the USB lead is plugged into and can take several attempts to get the quickconnect to work. Also it always wants to update the 3e software although it is at the latest version.
