I actually download it because I want LED lights to my phone, that's why I downloaded it immediately. Suddenly no LED lights in my Samsung S3 mini. I suggest dont download this app. Its a waste of time.

LED apps only allow you to control the colors. Not add them to phone. In order to use these apps your phone has to have the necessary program from manufacture. Some phones don't have lots of LED colors, like HTC's.
