It doesn't include everything you need in one place while wild shaped. There should be an option to select all of your character's skill proficiencies and display the entire skill list, after taking into account the beast's own stats and proficiencies. And a way to alter your AC with spells like barkskin, or with a multiclass Unarmored Defense. Also, it would be nice, but not necessary, to include a page (say, if you swipe left/right) with your other class/race/background features, like self healing.

Could be more customizable. I am thrilled to have such an enormous list of available shapes for my druid. I only wish that i could customize the hit point values bad based on houserules and hide shapes that my GM has decided i do not have access to. With that, it would be so much better for me.

Needs more content. Its nice, but the ability to add creatures yourself would be great too. Also perhaps having more than one druid. Or choosing what creatures you have seen, instead of it listing all of them.

Just what I needed. Adjusts wildshape stats for improving proficiency bonus, and has more shapes available than the Monster Manual.

Customizing your list is a must. Would bring this app from a 3 start to a 5. Hopefully they update it to accommodate this option.

but it doesn't look like a finished product. What it has will be a good reference, but it seems to have only a small list. Also, creating a druid profile doesn't seem to do anything as the list of available shapes doesn't appear any different from the all list no matter what I put in the profile. And it would be nice to have the ability to add or import shapes, as well as create a favorite list. But it looks like a good start.
