This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Data Sleep - So You Can Rest on PC Windows and Mac.

Does not turn off 4g data.

It knows to turn off wifi and sync only, mobile data remains active and this is actually worse for the battery over night since wifi is more efficient. Needs and update, is been too long 2 years since last update.

About this app

A simple lightweight app to automatically shut off data and syncing overnight to stop notifications from lighting up your phone, save battery and allows you to sleep better

With Data Sleep you set the start and end time and hit Set. That's it.

Hit Cancel to cancel everything.

Each day at the same times your wifi/data and syncing will automatically shut off and turn back on at the set times.
