Always loved this app, and it has been used time after time to prove what I said and has recorded loved ones last words before they died so has become a treasured app. It requires checking of settings to ensure it is fully operational before using for important calls as if not configured properly it may only record one side of conversation, not both.

i was in a situation where i was getting some money refunded from a home improvement store. The person incharg of cutting checks told me the check would be ready in 15 minutes i told them i would pick it up the folowing day. when i went on to collect my refund nobody knew anything about it. so i told the manager who gave me that information and they questioned that individual who claimed they never said anything like that. I played the recording which proved my claim and i received cash back.

Recorded but No Sound on Playback. I had the paid service. I can see recording file but hear no playback at all. The recording shoes all calls as Unknown. Just laying the phone number would be helpful since app has access to contacts or ability to rename. With paid version I granted access to everything in hopes of no issues. Didn't help. My phone is Samsung Note 9. Disappointed so uninstalling.

App is very nice kindly update with three options This points I discussed earlier but still no response If we want search any recording there is no searching option we have to scroll for recording time consuming work. Grouping option is not there for same numbers

Very useful...it keeps all records and conversations for me.it enables me to communicate well back up with feedback..I am lucky to get such an outstanding pro version call recorder app.
