What is the Pomodoro Technique?
Time management technique of repeating 25-minute work sessions and 5-minute breaks
It is effective in reducing mental fatigue while increasing productivity

The key is to concentrate while you work! During breaks, you need to rest well.
It is recommended to drink water, stretch, and get some sunshine during breaks!

■Flexible Skills
For example, if you want to study for a test, you can choose "Math" or "World History".
If you want to work hard at a side job, "Program Study"....
When you want to focus on housework, you can do "cooking" or "cleaning"...
Create skills to fit your life!

■There are three types of timers
20 minutes work / 10 minutes rest
25 minutes work / 5 minutes rest
50 minutes work / 10 minutes rest
You'll find a timer that works for you!
