A lot of people knock these cameras because of the app. Me personally, I've never had an issue with them. And if I have had to contact tech support, as in the case of utilizing system features to clarify the picture quality, or assist with configuring the app, they have been expedient and assisted me until completion. If your having an issue with the app, contact tech support and they will help you until the problem is resolved.

I'm sad to say that this app no longer works on my new phone... Google Pixel XL (Android 7.1). It was working with my old phone, Samsung Note 3. Now I need to find a 3rd party app. I gave it 5 stars when it worked.... But took away 2 because it didn't support my new phone. I hope they update this app one day.

There is a 1 minute delay of real time motion. Even on the local LAN. When trying to use this app to adjust my cameras, I'm having to wait 1 minute before the position change is seen on the camera!!! What if someone is knocking on my front door while I am in bed? I have to wait 1 minute before the cameras show who it is!!! Is this a bug or how the app works? My cheapo zmodo system before this was real time!

Crashing on Android 7. If you have new phone or tablet with the new android 7 on it, this app is useless. Laview doesn't care about this problem at all. No updates so far.

After latest android software update. Program will not open. Suck to pay so much for security and app doesnt work

Good app but stopped working once my phone was upgraded to Android 7.0 when are you guys going to update the app to work with 7.0?

LaView NET HD (Android) mobile client software, which is designed for mobile phone on the basis of Android OS (Version 2.3.3 or higher), can be used to remotely monitor the live video from embedded DVR, NVR, network camera, network speed dome and encoder via wireless network, play back record files, locally store and manage pictures and videos, control alarm output and realize PTZ control as well.
