Popped up large ad when app opened, closed it then had another ad taking up part of the screen with a pop-up message saying my phone doesnt have a magnetic sensor and to try the solar compass app. Closed that and the compass wouldn't work. My LG G7 works fine with other magnetic compasses. GPS Status reads magnetics just fine.
